The association Wirtschaft für ein weltoffenes Sachsen (Business for a Cosmpolitan Saxony) is combatting xenophobia. The aim is to sensitize companies and their employees to the opportunities provided by immigration and thus an open society. The initiative views itself as a forum for enlightenment and exchange. Hence it organises lectures and workshops on topics such as the integration of skilled workers and helps companies deal with xenophobic tendencies among their own staff.
