CodeDoor programming training

Knowledge opens doors

A social start-up trains refugees on a voluntary basis to become programmers and recommends them to companies

Knowledge opens doors, enables integration and participation - the founders of CodeDoor are convinced of that. Together with volunteer IT experts as tutors, they train refugees on a voluntary basis to become software developers, provide them with computers, and after they complete their eight to ten month training recommend them to companies. It's a win-win situation for both sides. While the social start-up makes use of immigrants' untapped potential and gives them access to the labour market, companies get the opportunity to find qualified IT specialists, which they often desperately look for.
