The end of school is approaching and, with it, so are these questions: Which professions are fit for me? Where and what do I want to study or apprentice? The digital career-orientation initiative Your First Day, from the Berlin start-up Studio2B, helps young people explore these questions free of charge: virtual-reality glasses enable students at over 1,800 schools throughout Germany to experience training and study opportunities in 360-degree videos, permitting them entry into real companies from any location. This provides an important aid for later career decisions—and for companies seeking skilled workers in the future.
