With its Gedankenflieger (flying thoughts) program, LIteraturhaus Hamburg intends to remedy the situation. In a "philomobile", a team travels around the country and encourages grade-school children to reflect and discuss ideas with others. In addition, teachers become familiar with material they can use to support the little philosophers in the best possible way. A digital map on a blog visualises questions, ideas, and ways of life of children from an entire region.
