With just a few lines of code programmers can develop impressive apps or games. Young IT enthusiasts learn how to do this at the Hacker School. The Hamburg non-profit initiative regularly organises courses in which young talent can learn from experienced software experts. The latter work on a volunteer basis to get the new generation enthusiastic about their profession. The young people discover the different complex languages behind a program or a website and use them directly for their own projects, ranging from remote-controlled robots to digital 3-D boat races.
