At the forging company Rosswag, however, metal waste no longer ends up in the scrap heap, but goes down innovative production and recycling paths. For example, when a tool is manufactured, a base body is created using a classical forging method. The residue is processed into a metal powder and subsequently pressed onto the base body in the desired form - and presto the new tool is finished! This creative solution conserves resources and shows how a traditional manufacturing method can be combined with high-tech solutions.
