To train employees to use machines, the start-up ioxp has developed an augmented reality assistance system. Employees wear data goggles and the different work processes are demonstrated on an installed display. Virtual hands show the wearer what to do step by step, enabling him or her to do the work themselves. If the person makes a mistake, the system gives him or her immediate feedback.
