“Just do it”: This is the motto of the young designers in the workshops and camps of Young Inventors (Junge Tüftler). Children and young people try their hand at hardware hacking, creative coding or robot tinkering, under the guidance of the non-profit project’s digital experts. They playfully find solutions not only for technical and logical problems but also for ethical questions, and always in teams. In this way, the skills it promotes are both digital and social. In addition to workshops for schools and companies, the start-up also offers coaching for teachers, so that today’s school students become tomorrow’s responsible digital professionals.
