What sounds like Alice in Wonderland are just a few of the capabilities of the "thinking home" that 14 partners from science, industry, social and health services are developing within the framework of the KogniHome project. The goal is to support people in their everyday lives - equipped with intelligent, learning technology that can be used simply by means of language and gestures. The technology offers the elderly, in particular, a good opportunity to live longer within their own four walls.
