“Cooperation instead of protectionism” is the motto of Organic Electronics Saxony, a network of companies and research institutions in Saxony. Its members work closely with partner companies and institutes from the Yamagata region of Japan in the field of flexible, organic and printed electronics. The goal: to jointly develop innovative electronics, such as flexible displays or printed batteries. This collaboration is accompanied by visits, intercultural training and symposia. The network builds bridges to the Land of the Rising Sun – and facilitates technical innovation as well as cultural exchange on both sides.
