A village somewhere in Germany. Almost everyone here generates their own green electricity. But you can’t buy this energy anywhere – and when there are bottlenecks, consumers have to rely on complicated offers. Lumenaza solves this problem. The software platform connects green electricity producers and consumers from the same region. For example, neighbours can help each other out with energy from the biogas plant – and electricity is no longer anonymous. The programme has all the features needed in the energy market do, e.g. manage renewable power plants or make data accessible to everyone. The start-up’s software creates market transparency and facilitates a largely ‘green’ regional power supply.
