Martin Luther and the Reformation are rooted in the German state of Saxony-Anhalt. The platform Luther Trip and the app for it send walkers on a tour of discovery. Together with young people from the region, the young staff working on the project developed different routes on which inquisitive people can follow the famous reformer's trail. Participants have access to a multimedia experience of history: digital maps show the way and photos, videos, sound material, and individual impressions of places fraught with history are provided. That arouses people's desire to explore the region and its history.
