The best machinists come from the country – at least that is the opinion of the company Königsee Implantate. Most of its employees come from the town where the company is based and neighbouring villages. The unique thing: after it stopped cooperating with training partners, Königsee Implantate established its own workshop for its trainees in the rooms of a former youth hostel. It has been a tremendous success. In the ranking made by the East Thuringian Chamber of Commerce and Industry, the trainees are up at the very top. And the company is ensured of finding new employees in the future.
