How do you plan a glasshouse? What is especially important in the construction and in the implementation? The girls at the Girl's Engineering Academy Gifhorn (MIA) have to ask themselves these and many other questions before they implement their projects. In the schoolyard, they build their own greenhouses. They are assisted by the NiedersachenMetall Foundation as well as by experts from companies and vocational training institutions. During the planning and the steel construction work, the girls gain insight into technical professions and courses of study. Seminars complete the offer for the female specialists of the future.
