They've finally arrived in Germany - now what? Anyone who has been a refugee knows that it is not easy to arrive in a foreign country or foreign culture. Language problems can be an obstacle even when it comes to small everyday errands. In the New Neighbours Arnsberg initiative, refugees help other refugees find their way. They help them go to offices, organise German courses, translators, or doctor's visits, and assist them when they have problems. Those in need of help can also get information at the office of the initiative that was set up expressly for this purpose in the town hall.
