Anyone who has written an academic article knows how much work is involved compiling the bibliography alone. With the help of special software, lists of references can be compiled largely automatically, but analysis of textual content is lost. Which sources support the author's thesis, which speak against it? The cloud-based software RefLinx offers a solution to the problem. It enables people to create a knowledge network in which the literature used is also "archived" in terms of its content and set into relation: a new way to make research more efficient in the information age.
