How can village residents be motivated to take part in projects? How can different municipalities work together? A diversified seminar, conference, and excursion programme gives answers to these and other questions. The goal of the association is to impart practical knowhow and to create networks of citizens and municipalities – so that rural regions remain liveable in the future.
