Bread from local bakeries, apple juice from nearby orchards – the “UNSER LAND” network offers products from the region. The network, which consists of an umbrella organization, ten communities based on the principle of mutual solidarity, and one limited liability company, aims to secure the livelihood of people, animals, and plants in the Munich and Augsburg greater area. In addition to selling regional food, the organization informs consumers. With numerous projects – for example school classes with beekeepers and children’s cooking courses – “UNSER LAND” and around 250 farmers are fostering appreciation for regional cycles and ecological diversity.
