The web project #uploading_holocaust seeks to find out using a medium in which the young people feel at home: on uploading-holocaust.com school students can watch YouTube videos shot by young Jewish Israelis - moving images of their class trip to Poland during which they followed the trail of murdered descendents at former concentration camps and mass graves. An interactive questionnaire subsequently encourages German-language viewers to reflect on their own attitude to the Holocaust. Remembrance in the twenty-first century.
