Scarcely anything else has changed the world as much as the Worldwide Web. Web Science master's students at the University of Koblenz-Landau are learning to understand this change and even help shape it. Just as the Web is a technical phenomenon that impacts all of society, Web Science is not limited to IT but also addresses social, political, and economic challenges. It is the first course of study in Germany that provides Internet experts with interdisciplinary training.
