How can refugees be shown new professional perspectives in their new home country? The partners of the Welcome integration Network (WIN) all agree that the only way to so is by joining forces. The initiator is the Potsdam Chamber of Commerce and Industry, and the partners include the State Capital of Potsdam, The Federal Labour Office, the Potsdam Chamber of Commerce and Industry, the University of Potsdam, as well as various local educational institutions. The coalition's most important project is a service centre which as a contact point, interface, and information exchange networks companies, aid organisations, and refugees. Thus new emigrants can find educational offers or jobs and companies further training possibilities or suitable applicants.
