How do we want to live in the country when we’re old? In ZukunftsDORF Legden in Münsterland, young and old people are asking this question together. The goal is to enable all people, regardless of their age or handicaps, to live in their own four walls as long as possible. Citizens, associations, institutions, and companies have joined forces to achieve this objective. For example, the Health and Prevention Centre Münsterland was called into being, in which experts are involved in dementia prevention and early recognition. This is just one of many forward-looking ideas aimed at improving the quality of people’s lives, from which the entire region is benefitting.
