Emmanuel Leslie Addae is the co-founder and CEO of TalentsinAfrica Limited, a Pan-African online platform connecting talented professionals with employers. He is also a member of the Social Enterprise Network in Ghana and a Fellow of the Alibaba eFounders Network.
Emmanuel was born in Ghana and studied Bsc Accounting at the University of Professional Studies, Accra, Ghana. He has worked in various technology and business roles in Ghana and currently teaches Business Studies and Maths at Sir Christopher Hatton Academy in the United Kingdom.
Emmanuel is passionate about using technology to solve African problems and create opportunities for the continent’s youth. He established TalentsinAfrica with the aim of helping employers find talented African professionals, and to give African youth access to global job opportunities. Emmanuel is a strong believer in the power of collaboration and partnerships to create change, and he has worked with various organisations and institutions to promote access to education, bridge the skills gap, and drive innovation and entrepreneurship in Africa. In addition, he serves on the boards of several organisations, including the Africa Skills Hub, Social Enterprise Ghana and People Initiative Foundation.
