"Young leaders can adopt innovative ways other countries have addressed/are addressing global challenges such as pandemics, climate change/global warming, biodiversity loss, among others."

Sesinam Dagadu is the founder of SnooCODE. Before returning to Ghana in late 2013, Sesinam was working with the British Metropolitan Police under the Digital and Electronics Forensic Service (DEFS), where he built cutting-edge electronic tools and worked on some of the most high-profile cases in modern Met history. He also has a past building mission-critical, life-saving equipment in the automotive and military sectors for Jaguar Land Rover and the US and British Militaries respectively. He was born in Burma Camp, Accra, and has previously lived in Israel and London.
Ses began working on the digital addressing system that became SnooCODE in 2007 after facing the habitual problem of trying to locate customers as a young intern at a bank in Accra. He has since gained international recognition for his invention, including winning the British Council’s 2017 UK Alumni Award for Entrepreneurship, becoming a finalist at the Royal Academy of Engineering’s 2017 Africa Prize for Innovation, and winning the AFD 2019 Digital Challenge.
Sesinam holds a MEng in Engineering and Business Management from Warwick University.
